TEAM BUILDING SESSION

On Sunday the 30^th Of January we had a team building session by expert Mr.Jai Bheem.

It was a fun filled session to be collaborative and motivated to bring individuals together. He helped the team to be agile in problem solving and decision making techniques. He helped us to be more responsive and meaningful in communication, to know personality, desires, strengths and weaknesses of co-workers. He boosted employee morale by simple games that involved focus on problem solving, communication and cooperation. He also emphasized to enhance productivity by a simple activity to identify and eliminate obstacles or by improving existing ways of working.
